How Coaching With Marlee Works
I offer three coaching packages (more on those below) designed to meet your varying needs. Each coaching session is a 45-minute, 1-on-1 voice call done over Skype or telephone. The goal of each session is to address your need head-on so that we can develop actionable steps for you to execute.
Play-by-play it looks like this:
1. You request some time to have a quick 30 minute chat about what you are trying to accomplish.
2. We agree that working together is the right solution for your needs.
3. I’ll send you an e-mail that contains a guide to coaching with me which includes a link to pay for your coaching package of choice using PayPal, and a link to my online scheduling service. Simply click the payment link to make your payment, and then use the online scheduling link to login, and select a time that works best for you.
4. In your guide to coaching with me and in your scheduling e-mail, you will also receive a link to a questionnaire that will help me further understand what you want to accomplish so that we can hit the ground running within the first few minutes of your session.
5. On the day of your call, I will call you. And if we are using Skype, the call will be recorded.
6. If the call was recorded, you will be emailed an mp3 recording of the session within 24 hours, and I will “check-in” on you via e-mail within a week (that’s the whole accountability bit 
).
Your Coaching Options Include
The One-Time Wonder
This is no-frills coaching that includes one 45 minute session. This package is best for you if you know exactly what your core issue is, you have one specific question, or you’re ready to hit the ground running and just need a little confirmation.
For most people, a single 45 minute coaching session is not the most effective way to use your time with me. But, if you’re new to this process it’s a great way to see if coaching is a good fit for you.
If, however, you know you need much more direction than 45 minutes will provide, you should seriously consider getting “The Triple Play Package.”
The Triple Play Package
This package includes three 45 minute coaching sessions that you can book at your discretion. You can have your sessions two days apart or two months apart – it’s up to you, you just have to use them within a 3 month period.
Committing to three 45 minute sessions gives you time to ask questions at your own pace, think of follow-up questions, and address issues that come up between sessions. Over three sessions it’s very likely we will develop specific action steps that you can take and see results.
This package is the best option for most people because it allows time for a few course corrections, for you to pray and think about the work we do, and for you to process things at your own pace.
Mentoring with Marlee
This package is for you if you want intensive mentoring as you grow your business. In this package, we will kick off our mentoring calls with a 1 hour strategy/vision session to lay down a solid foundation for growth. Then, each month, we will conduct one 45 minute coaching session. And, you’ll also have two “floating” calls to be scheduled at your discretion.
With this mentoring package you will have access to e-mail support between sessions, copywriting assistance, help with product development and creation, as well as my personal Rolodex of resources.
This package is best suited for you if you are already up and running in business, you know what you’d like to achieve in your business, and you’re committed to making your business a success.

How to know if you should collaborate With Me?
For me, there is no greater satisfaction than witnessing you succeed, but here’s how to know if we are truly a good match.
I’m NOT your gal if…
You are just “feeling out” the idea of having your own business – If you are not sure about self-employment, or if your business is just a hobby, we won’t be a good fit.
You are looking for a cookie cutter system or overnight blueprint to follow – Your business is as unique as you are and it should be treated that way. A $97 course (although very useful) does not a business make.
You just want a quick fix – Building a business requires hard work and lots of time. It’s not an ATM. There is no such thing as “get rich quick.” Well, not if you plan to stay that way.
You want someone to tell you what you want to hear – I tell it like it is, even if you don’t like what I might have to say. Having an open mind and sitting with things that are uncomfortable may be required to make progress.
You just want to talk about all of the reasons why nothing works – I will ruthlessly support your dreams with compassion, but I will not allow our time to turn into a complaint station or an episode of the “can’t dos.” You are more than a conqueror, capisce?!
You are not fully committed to achieving results – Our collaboration won’t work if you’re not committed to your own success, and I don’t want to waste our time. If you prefer to ponder the next step you know you need to take rather than take it, save your money.
You can’t take a joke, be a little silly, or laugh at yourself on occasion – I love to laugh. I believe if you going to work hard at turning your dreams into reality you should have fun doing so – even if it’s at your own expense.
You can’t handle talk of God, Jesus, or the Bible – I’m not a preacher or a minister, and I’m not looking to impose my spiritual practices or beliefs on anyone. I do, however, believe we are not merely physical beings, but we are spiritual beings also. I believe in Jesus and His power in my life and in my business.
