I’ve got a theory (yet to be proven, but probable) that your physical fitness is inextricably linked to your business success. That said, if you want to do exceptionally well in your business it would behoove you to take exceptional care of your body.
In today’s video, I’ve got a great solution for even the most short on time and non-fitness oriented solopreneur. Plus, I rock out some new video editing skills for your sheer entertainment that you don’t want to miss.
Hey, it’s Marlee from marleeward.com, helping you become a self-employed superstar.
Today, I want to talk to you about something that’s integral to your success as a solopreneur and self-employed individual (drumroll) – YOUR HEALTH.
That’s one thing that gets overlooked immensely by people who venture out into self-employment, especially when they do it as solopreneurs.

Okay, that’s done. Let’s see. What’s next? Ummm. Oh yeah. Work out. Eh, I’ll do that later.
This is because everything in their life becomes consumed by their business endeavors.

Oh my gosh, I totally love spin! I would totally love to go with you, but I can’t. I just – I’ve got this sales page to work on, and I’m supposed to follow up with some clients. So, I just don’t have time today. But, maybe next time?
Obviously, we know this is not healthy, but more importantly, you are not going to be able to bring your best work to your business if you don’t feel good.
Typically, I see a strong correlation between people who take very good care of themselves physically and people who do very well in their business.
And I want to share a gem with you that I discovered that is changing the way that I spend my workdays. And what I want to share with you is called the “Ten-Minute Daily Invigorator.”
What this is, is a series of ten-minute videos that allow you to stretch and awaken and enliven your body, so that you are more prepared to either face the day, recharge in the middle of the day, giving you boosted energy, let’s say, if you’re a night person and you work at night. Whatever it may be, you can use this and fit this into your life, and all it takes is ten minutes.
It was created by Farnoosh Brock of Prolific Living, and I was absolutely blown away when I purchased this product at the benefit that it provides.
What I love about the Ten-Minute Daily Invigorator is that it focuses on those things, which is breathing and strengthening and stretching the very muscles that we may neglect. I found that it really opened up my sides; it really opened up my neck. My posture felt better. It gave me more alertness. I was able to focus a little bit better after doing it.
And so, I want to encourage you to consider purchasing this program, because it doesn’t matter what physical condition you’re in. It doesn’t matter what kind of fitness things you’ve done in the past.
I promise you, you’ve never done anything like it, and the benefits from it are so massive and the required commitment is so limited. It’s only ten minutes. In fact, you should be taking a ten-minute break for every 90 minutes that you work. So, you can literally do this for your ten-minute break, and it will be a way to clear your mind, oxygenate your body and energize yourself.
So, I just wanted to share with you what I thought was a true gem. You can get that using the link below that is my affiliate link, so if you do purchase it, I do get a cut. Or you can go directly to prolificliving.com and it purchases it from Farnoosh.
If you’ve never encountered Farnoosh or prolificliving.com, I highly recommend that you go over there and expose yourself to her brilliance. She has so much wisdom to share, and she’s so much into this Ten-Minute Daily Invigorator that I know you’re truly going to enjoy it and benefit from it.
So, once again, I strongly encourage you to try that out.
And if you want to ask me any personal question what I thought of the program or how I use it best, I’d be happy to answer those for you. You can leave them right below this video or in the comment section at marleeward.com.
Thanks again for watching and I look forward to talking to you again really soon.

Thanks Marlee,
You are right, we tend to neglect our health when we focus on business, which ultimately hurts our business. It’s so easy to forget and I thank you for the reminder.
Farnoosh is awesome and a great resource. Also a really sweet person. Thanks for giving her a shoutout

Good tips. Your video effects is nice. Workout is the necessary thing we should do to keep our body healthy. Not only your body it will refresh your mind also. Great tips. Thanks
sounds like an interesting theory Marlee
i am interested to know more about your findings
keep us posted
Marlee,
Great stuff! Your video editing skills are great!
This topic is important and thanks for sharing Farnoosh’s vid.
Farnoosh – you really know your “stuff”! I enjoyed the video.
One thing I do everyday at 2PM or just shy of, or after is push ups. I do a quick clip of 50 or so and that charges me up. Getting the blood pumping to my upper body after being sitting down for a while, followed by a short walk up and down stairs kicks me in to overdrive, giving me energy to last another 10 or 11 hours.
Before starting this routine I hit a wall EVERY SINGLE DAY without fail which complete depleted my ability to focus.
Hey Marlee,
Loved the video and checked out Farnoosh’s as well. Grrrrreat stuff! Thanks for the sharing that!
If there’s any moment of lag during my day it’s at about 2 PM. What I do at this time is get up, and do something to stimulate my focus. Usually I’ll do push ups or something that gets the blood pumping and energizes me for the rest of the day.
Nice vid! I loved the effects you used. You’re getting gooooood!
Same concept we are working on over at my blog…We are training to become Project Assassins to knock out our projects with speed and quality through proper diet and exercise! Thanks for sharing! I, too, have had my eye on Farnoosh for a while! Great job both of you!
Tania, you are so kind, thank you – and stay fit, healthy and productive!
Love Farnoosh! Wonderful review Marlee. You rock at video, btw. Every day, at the crack of dawn, I spend an hour and a half doing my traditional Mysore style Ashtanga yoga practice. Rain, shine, headache, tired, awake, energized, happy, sad – no matter how I’m feeling, I come to my mat. Obviously, my practice is a huge commitment, but there is no doubt in my mind that it is the single most important variable in my success as an entrepreneur. I couldn’t get through my workday (and be focused and driven to the extent that I am) without it.
Marlee is the real hero here but you are SO kind, Ruth!!!
And you do Ashtanga every single day … please wait while I pick up my jaw from the floor… AMAZING!
I do my 5:45am hard core workouts plus 2 long yoga classes a week but I’d love to develop the Ashtanga practice for someday!!! Love it!
Marlee, the *best* super top notch endorsement – and greatest reward – for having created those videos. You have made my entire October! Thank you for doing such a creative job of relaying this message….!!! big hugs!
